This policy covers medical expenses for the occupants of the insured vehicle up to $15,000 per person, and $75,000 per accident. Motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs are excluded.

The company's legal representative will post bond or deposit a guarantee, up to the liability limit of $500,000, to obtain the provisional release of the driver, and/or the release of the covered vehicle, and to guarantee the repair of the damaged third party property.
15% above ACV
On a covered total loss or total theft, this will pay the difference between the actual cash value (ACV) of your vehicle and what you owe on the vehicle lease or loan, up to 15% above the vehicle's actual cash value. The physical damage deductible ($500) or theft deductible ($1000) will still apply. This coverage only applies when the insured amount of the vehicle as listed on the declarations page is equal to or greater than the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle.

Instead of Mexican labor rates, the Company will require at least two estimates and will pay the actual labor costs incurred in the USA or Canada, not to exceed $100 per hour for any type of vehicle. Vehicles will be considered a total loss at the option of the Company.

In order to properly settle your Mexican auto insurance claim, you MUST report your claim in Mexico.
Immediately contact your insurer if you need to make a claim. Any attempt to report a claim outside of Mexico will be rejected by your Mexican insurer.
